We note that some stores have a no-questions-asked exchange policy for customers who change their mind. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer a no question’s asked exchange. If there is a minor fault with your purchase, within reason for a second hand product, we may choose to repair, replace the item where possible, where we are possibly unable to repair or replace we may offer a credit note. Please check over your item well instore before purchase, if you are unsure feel free to ask a staff member for help. Upon delivery please check the item is fit for use as soon as possible so any minor issues can be resolved in a timely manor.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. We ask that you please choose your purchase carefully. And if you are buying for someone else, you could maybe consider a gift card.

If the goods are deemed faulty, within a short succession of use and the price reflected more use or wear than reasonably expected, then we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
